About this program
The IBMA Foundation has established the Bill Breen Bluegrass Youth Education Fund, honoring William (Bill) Breen, to support young individuals in learning and engaging with bluegrass music. The fund, initially financed with a $100,000 donation, will address critical needs through programs such as Bluegrass in the Schools Mini-grants, project grants, scholarships, and more.
