BioLEAP Classroom Grants

About this program

NAVS’s BioLEAP Classroom Grants award up to $1,000 plus personalized guidance to help U.S. educators replace animal dissection and live-animal use with humane, technology-based teaching tools (e.g., virtual dissection platforms, 3D anatomical models, AR/VR, and computer simulations). Funds support purchase and implementation of interactive, repeatable, and inclusive digital resources for biology, anatomy, environmental science, and general life-science instruction. Eligible applicants are public, private, and charter school teachers across the United States who are committed to transitioning away from animal-based activities.
