Bridge to Success Grant for Mid-Career/Senior Investigators

About this program

The AASM Foundation offers the Bridge to Success Grant for Mid-Career/Senior Investigators to provide one year of bridge funding, up to $100,000, for established investigators in sleep or circadian science to revise and resubmit an unfunded multi-year, investigator-initiated federal grant application. Applicants must hold an eligible professional or doctoral degree, have a peer-reviewed federal application that fell below or is likely to fall below the pay line, and submit the original application, reviewer critiques, and a resubmission plan. Applicants with two or more current large federal grants, relevant financial conflicts of interest, or affiliations with sanctioned countries are ineligible; international applicants may apply if their institution can accept U.S. dollars. The next application deadline is January 4, 2027, at 11:59 p.m. ET.
