About this program
The Prevent Cancer Foundation is offering Track 2 of its 2027 Impact Grants to support community-based projects that advance cancer prevention and early detection in rural America, providing $50,000 per year for two years (total $100,000). Applications are open April 8–May 20, 2026 (5:00 p.m. ET); applicants will be notified on December 4, 2026 and funded projects begin January 15, 2027.
