Cancer Prevention and Early Detection Community Grants

The Prevent Cancer Foundation is offering Track 2 of its 2027 Impact Grants to support community-based projects that advance cancer prevention and early detection in rural America, providing $50,000 per year for two years (total $100,000). Applications are open April 8–May 20, 2026 (5:00 p.m. ET); applicants will be notified on December 4, 2026 and funded projects begin January 15, 2027. Eligible applicants are organizations located in the rural communities they serve proposing interventions for prevention or early detection for any cancer type, with a focus on reducing rural cancer disparities.
