Carole Rhéaume Award

EMD Serono Canada, facilitated through the Canadian Fertility and Andrology Society (CFAS), sponsors the Carole Rhéaume Award to recognize a registered nurse who has significantly enhanced patient experience, advanced clinical practice, or engaged the public in reproductive health; the award provides up to CAD 4,000 to support attendance at an international reproductive medicine conference within 18 months. Nominees must be registered nurses actively working in a Canadian fertility or reproductive endocrinology clinic and be CFAS members in good standing, and nominators must also be CFAS members. Nominations, which open annually (deadline listed as June 2), must include a detailed description of the nominee’s contributions, an up-to-date CV and optional letters of support; a CFAS evaluation committee selects the winner based on membership standing, leadership, measurable impact, innovation and professional influence, with the recipient announced at the CFAS Annual Meeting.
