Catalyzing TBXT Drug Discovery

About this program

The Chordoma Foundation supports TBXT drug discovery for chordoma and other TBXT-associated cancers through research collaborations, laboratory capabilities, shared resources, validated disease models, and a TBXT Challenge offering more than $500,000 in milestone-based prizes. Support spans hit identification and validation, hit-to-lead and lead optimization, and potentially preclinical, IND-enabling, and clinical development. Companies and academic investigators with relevant expertise or interest in developing TBXT-targeting therapies are invited to contact the Foundation to discuss collaboration; the TBXT Challenge may additionally welcome technology-driven approaches, including AI and computational methods.
