CFAS Travel Grant

About this program

The Canadian Fertility and Andrology Society (CFAS) offers the CFAS Travel Grant to support current students and post-graduate trainees in attending the CFAS Annual Meeting by covering travel expenses and conference registration fees up to a CFAS-set maximum. The competitive award recognizes outstanding scholarly contributions in reproductive health and aims to encourage emerging talent whose attendance would otherwise be financially constrained. Applicants must be current students or post-grads at a recognized academic institution, be the primary author of an abstract submitted to the CFAS Annual Meeting in the same year, and demonstrate that travel/registration are not funded by an affiliated clinic, university, or institution. Each year 2–3 grants are awarded based on scientific quality, relevance and alignment with the CFAS mission, applicant potential and demonstrated financial need; applicants should submit their abstract by the meeting's deadline and provide documentation of status and lack of institutional funding.
