Papers must be the version read at the meeting, up to 12 double-spaced pages of text plus one page of references; applicants may upload up to three audio‑visual files (≤3 MB total) or provide a URL. Eligible applicants are students actively pursuing a degree (doctoral candidates writing a dissertation are eligible unless they are teaching full‑time), and submissions must be uploaded via the SEM online application with filenames including last_first. Applications are due November 9, 2026.
