About this program

The City of Rockville RainScapes Rebate Program, sponsored by the City of Rockville and the Chesapeake Bay Trust, provides financial incentives up to $5,000 for installing stormwater management practices that enhance water quality and local ecosystems. Eligible projects include rain barrels, green roofs, permeable pavers, and conservation landscaping, among others. Applicants must be City of Rockville residents, not-for-profits, or renters with property owner permission, and projects must be pre-approved before installation. Properties outside the city and projects tied to new construction or renovation permits are ineligible.
