The Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI) invites applications for large-scale research grants to enhance patient-centered comparative clinical effectiveness research. This funding aims to address evidence gaps and support informed healthcare decisions. Applicants must propose a randomized controlled trial, comparing existing interventions, with shared trial leadership and a focus on infrastructure and patient engagement. The maximum funding for the feasibility and full-scale phases is $2 million and $20 million, respectively, with a total direct cost limit of $22 million.
