The Rural Community Assistance Corporation (RCAC) provides loans to support the development and enhancement of vital community facilities in the rural West, particularly those serving low-income populations. This program offers flexible financing options, including short-term loans for initial stages and long-term permanent funding, catering to a range of community facility needs. Nonprofit organizations, public agencies, and sovereign governments are eligible to apply, with a focus on projects located in rural areas with populations under 50,000 across 13 western states and the Pacific Islands.
