Competitive Research Grant: Application for Institutional Transfer

The AAE Foundation offers a mechanism for transferring an active Competitive Research Grant when the Principal Investigator (PI) moves to a new institution. This process allows the remaining budget balance to be transferred to the PI's new institution, ensuring continuity of the research project. Eligibility is restricted to the original PI who is transitioning institutions, and the request must include detailed information about the original grant, project progress, and revised plans. There is no deadline for submission, and the request will be reviewed by the chair of the AAE's Research and Scientific Affairs Committee.
