About this program
The Dirksen Congressional Center offers research grants to support projects focused on congressional leadership and the U.S. Congress. Aimed at graduate students and researchers, these grants fund original research with a publication or practical application goal, covering aspects like travel and research assistance. With no cap on individual awards, the Center provides competitive stipends for one-year projects, having funded over 500 since 1978.
