Constant H. Jacquet Research Awards

The Religious Research Association (RRA) administers the annual Constant H. Jacquet Research Awards to fund social‑scientific research on religion, with preference for applied, client‑centered projects that demonstrate clear relevance to religious organizations, leaders, or practitioners. Applicants must employ social‑scientific methods and be RRA members (full‑time students may join at application; all other applicants must have held membership for at least one year); Ph.D. students and early‑career scholars are especially encouraged. Grants cover research expenses only (not supplemental income, capital equipment, or indirect costs); awards over $4,000 to a single recipient are rare, funds must be expended within one year, and recipients must submit an abstract and one‑page summary (with encouragement to submit results to the Review of Religious Research).
