Cure Alzheimer’s Fund (Alzheimer’s Disease Research Foundation) provides competitive grants to accelerate discovery of cures or disease‑modifying treatments for Alzheimer’s, supporting foundational, translational, drug‑discovery, preclinical and clinical projects aligned with its stated research priorities. Funding decisions are made primarily via referrals and solicitations, but CureAlz accepts 1–2 page letters of inquiry on a rolling basis from qualified scientists worldwide and will request full proposals when LOIs align with its mission. Applicants are typically investigators at not‑for‑profit institutions (for‑profit entities may be considered only on an investment basis with demonstrated financial viability) and must comply with institutional animal care and IRB approvals, include both sexes in studies absent strong justification, and accept funding conditions including a 15% indirect cost cap and reporting/publicity requirements. Submissions are reviewed for likely impact on a cure, scientific novelty and feasibility, and inquiries should be sent to grants@curealz.org.
