About this program

The Landscape Architecture Foundation offers the $5,000 Daniel Zwier/Permaloc Innovation Scholarship to support landscape architecture students pursuing nontraditional careers in areas such as product development, entrepreneurship, politics, or nonprofit service. Applicants must be currently enrolled undergraduate or master’s students in a LAAB-accredited U.S. program, be U.S. citizens, and have at least a B average or 2.5 GPA on a 4.0 scale. Selection emphasizes leadership and plans to advance landscape architecture outside traditional practice; materials include an essay, resume, work samples, and two recommendation letters, with applications due February 1.
