Delta Dental Foundation Mini-Grants for Nonprofits (MI, OH, IN)

About this program

Delta Dental Foundation is offering Mini-Grants up to $10,000 to community organizations and programs that promote or provide oral health care in Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana; applications are accepted June 1–July 31 with recipients announced in August. Funding targets projects that align with DDF strategic aims—access to care, advocacy, education, emerging initiatives, and workforce development—and decisions weigh program fit, populations served, accountability, other funding sources, and demonstrated impact. Eligible applicants are local nonprofit organizations (not individuals) and the foundation does not fund building construction, normal overhead or indirect costs, political activities, discriminatory organizations, loans, or commercial/proprietary projects. Prior DDF grantees must submit required grant reporting forms by the application deadline to be considered, and requests solely for supplies or printed materials should be submitted through the foundation’s in‑kind requests page.
