Diagnostics Accelerator: Biobank Sharing RFP

About this program

The Alzheimer’s Drug Discovery Foundation’s Diagnostics Accelerator Biobank Sharing RFP supports proof-of-principle and validation studies of Alzheimer’s disease and related dementia biomarkers using shared plasma, serum, whole blood, and cerebrospinal fluid samples. Proposals must demonstrate biological rationale, established assay methodology, analytical and clinical supporting data, a defined FDA context of use, power and statistical analyses, and plans for reproducibility, regulatory advancement, scalability, and commercialization. Researchers and clinicians worldwide at universities, academic medical centers, nonprofits, and for-profit companies are eligible, with industry partnerships encouraged. Applicants must first submit a Letter of Intent through the ADDF Funding Portal; proposals requesting both funding and samples should apply through the Peripheral Biomarkers Program.
