Diversity Pathway Intervention Grant Program

About this program

AccessLex Institute offers Diversity Pathway Intervention Grants to support 12–24-month programs that improve educational or career pathways for college students and/or graduates from underrepresented racial, ethnic, or socioeconomic backgrounds. Awards must request $200,000–$300,000 and may support program personnel, curricula, materials, implementation, and evaluation. Applicants must demonstrate clearly defined goals, measurable objectives and outcomes, a theoretical framework, an evaluation plan, qualified staff, and an appropriate budget. Eligible applicants include nonprofit organizations that are not colleges, universities, or law schools, subject to a financial-capacity requirement limiting the request relative to average recent gross revenue; all LOI fields must be completed, and only selected applicants will be invited to submit full proposals.
