Doc Brown Future of Physics Days (FPD) Travel Grants for APS Global Physics Summit

The Doc Brown Futures Travel Award, administered by the American Physical Society (APS), offers travel grants of up to $500 to support undergraduate students presenting in the Undergraduate Student Research sessions at the APS Global Physics Summit (meeting grant applications open for the 2026 Summit). Applicants must be undergraduate APS members and have submitted an abstract in the "Undergraduate Student Research (APS/SPS)" sorting category, providing an online APS account screenshot of the submission and a supervisor or institutional statement verifying need. Only one grant will be awarded per faculty advisor; recipients must register and arrange travel themselves, sign up for and complete a volunteer role at the meeting, and complete an attendee survey, with funds disbursed after the conference once these obligations are fulfilled. APS Ethics Standards apply and violations may disqualify applicants or result in revocation.
