About this program
The Dr. Michael A. Parlato Scholarship Fund, established in 2023 by Tom and Allie Bledsoe, is administered by the Valley Community Foundation to support educational pursuits. Scholarship seekers must contact their school’s guidance counselors for application details, as the foundation does not handle applications directly. Awards are recommended by external school committees, organizations, and designated parties, with varying deadlines and eligibility criteria.
