The Dr. Rosalee G. Weiss Lecture for Outstanding Leaders, funded by the American Psychological Foundation and administered alternately by APA Division 29 and Division 42, recognizes an outstanding leader in psychology or a leader in the arts and sciences whose work has impacted psychology. The recipient delivers a lecture at the APA annual convention and receives a $1,000 honorarium. Nominations (including letters outlining the nominee’s credentials and contributions and the nominee’s current CV) must be submitted electronically as a single PDF; self-nominations are accepted. Submissions are handled by Division 29 in even-numbered years (deadline December 31) and by Division 42 in odd-numbered years; email materials to SAP.AwardsCommittee@gmail.com.
