Early Childhood Education Staff Support Grants

The Dane G. Hansen Foundation offers the Early Childhood Education Staff Support Grant to provide financial recognition for early childhood staff, reduce turnover costs, and stabilize the workforce. Bonuses range from $250 to $800 every six months, based on longevity, with discretionary bonuses available for exemplary staff. Eligibility is limited to full-time (at least 30 hours/week) staff members in good standing at qualifying centers or group homes, who must remain employed at the same location to earn longevity bonuses. Applications are due October 25 and April 25 annually, with awards granted in November and May, respectively.
