Bartlesville Community Foundation’s Early Childhood Education Support Fund provides Emergency Needs & Stabilization Grants of $500–$1,000 to licensed childcare providers in Washington County, OK to cover sudden operating expenses that threaten program continuity. Grants address emergencies within the past 60 days—e.g., storm/fire/plumbing damage, critical equipment or HVAC failure, licensing‑required health and safety repairs, or emergency capacity needs—and payments are made directly to vendors when possible; 2026 funding is limited and requests are reviewed by a committee on a rolling basis. Eligible applicants are licensed providers located in Washington County (one award per site per 12‑month period) and must complete an online application with initial screening questions and submit itemized expenses, quotes or explanations, photos, OKDHS monitoring summaries, and tax documents as applicable; routine operating costs, predictable budget gaps, expansion, and long‑term sustainability needs are ineligible.
