Eclipse Treatment Planning Grant

About this program

AAMD Education and Research Foundation offers the Eclipse Treatment Planning Grant scholarship to support applicants pursuing treatment-planning education; applications are submitted online and tracked with a confirmation email containing an Application ID and secure upload link. Applicants must be AAMD members in good standing at the time of application and award and must not have previously received this grant. Required materials include three letters of recommendation (one each from work, school, and community), an official transcript, an Enrollment Verification Form if currently enrolled, and short essay responses (300-word limit per question); letters from currently in-service recommenders must be on official letterhead, wet-signed, and include the recommender’s designation and personal phone number.
