ECTRIMS Clinical Training Fellowship Programme

About this program

ECTRIMS offers Clinical Training Fellowships for neurologists and other physicians to develop expertise in multiple sclerosis patient management and care under the supervision of a senior clinical mentor at a European MS clinic or research centre. Fellowships may support training periods of three months, six months, or one year, with the 2027 application deadline on December 1, 2026. Applicants of any nationality are eligible, but training must take place in Europe, and candidates may not have previously worked at the proposed host institution or with the proposed mentor. Applications must include supporting documents from the applicant, mentor, host institute, and professional referees; fellowships must begin by the end of the award year.
