Edilia and François-Auguste de Montêquin Fellowship

The Society of Architectural Historians (SAH) offers the Edilia and François Auguste de Montéquin Fellowship, providing financial support for research on Spanish, Portuguese, and Ibero-American architecture. This annual fellowship program awards $2,000 to an advanced graduate student and $6,000 to a senior or emerging scholar, with a focus on promoting architectural studies worldwide.

Eligible applicants must be SAH members, have completed their coursework, and be engaged in doctoral research or have obtained their PhD. The research should specifically explore Spanish, Portuguese, or Ibero-American architecture, including colonial architecture in the Philippines and the United States.
