Eisenhower Global Scholars Program — postgraduate study at University of Oxford and IE University

About this program

The Eisenhower Global Scholars Program, run by Eisenhower Fellows, funds up to four U.S. university graduates annually for a full academic year of postgraduate study—leading to a Master in Public Policy at Oxford’s Blavatnik School of Government or a Master in International Relations at IE University—combined with hands-on experience and immersion in the Eisenhower Fellows global network. Scholars undertake intensive, English‑language coursework and practical engagements, meet with Eisenhower Fellows, and may be offered optional summer internships through the EF network. Applicants must be U.S. citizens or legal permanent residents (preferably aged 20–30) with a strong undergraduate record, demonstrated leadership and community involvement, and a concrete project proposal that the postgraduate study will advance.
