About this program
The Foundation for Enhancing Communities (TFEC) administers the Emerging Philanthropists Program (EPP) Endowment Fund to provide competitive grants—up to $2,000—to support mental health services and nonprofit capacity-building in the Harrisburg/Central Pennsylvania community. Grants are awarded by a volunteer committee of EPP alumni and are intended to strengthen local nonprofit programs and infrastructure. Eligible applicants are nonprofit organizations serving the Harrisburg area; applications are accepted annually from November 1 through February 1.
