Boeing Global Engagement, through the employee‑managed Employees Community Fund (ECF), awards local grants to charitable and educational organizations that advance STEM education and workforce development, support veterans and families, strengthen community well‑being, and respond to disasters and humanitarian needs. Funding decisions are made by employee-led grantmaking committees at 20 Boeing sites, with grantmaking strategies and priorities tailored to local community needs.
