About this program

The Egg Nutrition Center, the science and nutrition education division of the American Egg Board, offers research grants to support credible scientific studies, articles, and educational materials that advance understanding of egg nutrition, health outcomes (e.g., cognition, heart health), dietary patterns, sustainability, and culinary applications.
