Endeavor Awards for Collaborative Cancer Research

About this program

The Mark Foundation for Cancer Research’s Endeavor Awards provide $3 million over three years for collaborative basic, translational, or clinical cancer research addressing urgent questions in prevention, diagnosis, or treatment. Projects must integrate complementary data and expertise from multiple investigators to achieve impact beyond what individual efforts could accomplish. Teams must include one PI and two to eight co-PIs, each with an independent faculty appointment at a nonprofit academic or research institution; there are no citizenship or geographic restrictions. Proposed work must not duplicate existing funding, and indirect costs are capped at 10% of direct costs.
