Endeavor Awards

About this program

The Mark Foundation for Cancer Research’s Endeavor Awards provide $3 million over three years for collaborative, multidisciplinary projects addressing urgent challenges in cancer prevention, diagnosis, or treatment. Projects may be basic, translational, or clinical and must integrate contributions from multiple investigators to achieve impact beyond what individual efforts could accomplish. Teams must include one PI and two to eight co-PIs, all holding independent faculty appointments at nonprofit academic or research institutions; there are no citizenship or geographic restrictions. Proposed work must address an unmet need, demonstrate substantive team science, and not overlap with existing funding.
