About this program
The Environmental Research & Education Foundation (EREF) offers research grants for innovative studies advancing sustainable solid waste management and addressing the Foundation’s strategic research priorities. Awards typically support projects of approximately two years, with past grants ranging from $15,000 to more than $500,000 and averaging about $160,000.
