Eugene Washington PCORI Engagement Award: Convening Support

About this program

The Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI) offers Eugene Washington PCORI Engagement Awards of up to $125,000 for one-year projects convening patients, families, caregivers, and other healthcare stakeholders to advance patient-centered comparative clinical effectiveness research or disseminate eligible PCORI-funded findings. Applicants must select one of these two funding tracks and demonstrate meaningful stakeholder leadership, an evaluation plan, and at least one deliverable that supports future research engagement or dissemination. Nonprofit and for-profit organizations may apply, but individuals may not; U.S. applicants require a Federal Employer Identification Number, and foreign organizations must demonstrate benefits to the U.S. healthcare system and engagement of U.S. patients and stakeholders. Letters of intent are due April 1, 2025, by 5 p.m. ET, with full proposals by invitation due July 10, 2025.
