Eugene Washington PCORI Engagement Award: Dissemination Initiative

About this program

The Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI) offers the Eugene Washington PCORI Engagement Award: Dissemination Initiative to support active, targeted communication of PCORI-funded patient-centered comparative effectiveness research findings to patients, families, caregivers, clinicians, and other healthcare stakeholders. Projects may receive up to $300,000 in total costs for a maximum of two years and must emphasize dissemination and evaluation rather than research or implementation activities. Nonprofit and for-profit organizations may apply; individuals may not, and foreign applicants must demonstrate benefits to the U.S. healthcare system and engagement of U.S. patients and stakeholders. Applicants must submit a letter of intent by April 1, 2025, and demonstrate established relationships with target audiences, meaningful patient and stakeholder partnership, and eligibility of the PCORI-funded evidence to be disseminated.
