Evelyn Mackin Travel Grant for Education and Research

About this program

The American Hand Therapy Foundation offers the Evelyn Mackin Travel Grant to cover travel expenses (up to $10,000, supported by NorthCoast Medical) for an occupational or physical therapist with advanced skills to conduct clinical education and/or clinical research that enhances the global visibility and quality of hand and upper extremity rehabilitation. Applicants must be licensed occupational or physical therapists with advanced skills; research is optional but recipients are required to disseminate their experience via presentations and/or publications after the funding period.
