Family Medicine Chapter Alliance Chapter Engagement Grants

About this program

The AAFP Foundation’s Family Medicine Chapter Alliance offers $750 Chapter Engagement Grants to AAFP constituent Chapters and Chapter Foundations for philanthropic projects in student/resident development, member outreach, or public health. Funds support storytelling-based promotion of chapter activities and must be used for philanthropic purposes, not political campaigns, lobbying, fundraising, individuals, or endowments. Eligible applicants must be AAFP Chapters or Chapter Foundations organized as 501(c)(3) or 501(c)(6) organizations, apply by February 28, and include the required FMCA acknowledgment and donation link in promotional materials. Awardees must submit a final report and proof of storytelling activities by January 31 of the following year.
