About this program
The AAFP Foundation and the Family Medicine Chapter Alliance offer grants of up to $7,000 to support projects led by AAFP constituent chapters and chapter foundations. Projects must address student and/or resident development, member outreach, or public health through education, research, humanitarian activities, or health promotion. Applicants must be an AAFP constituent chapter or chapter foundation and qualify as a 501(c)(3) or 501(c)(6) organization. Applications are accepted annually from January 1 through February 28.
