Fellowship Research Grants

About this program

The American Society of Transplantation offers Fellowship Research Grants to support early-career investigators conducting basic, clinical, or translational research directly related to solid organ transplantation, transplant science, immunobiology, or treatment of transplant recipients. Awards are typically $75,000 for one year, with research beginning the following July. Applicants must have two years or less of transplantation and/or immunology research experience since their last doctoral degree and must have a sponsor. Applicants may not hold a K-series award, individual fellowship, career development award, or other grant supporting their salary.
