FMCA Chapter Engagement Grants

About this program

The AAFP Foundation’s Family Medicine Chapter Alliance (FMCA) offers $750 Chapter Engagement Grants to AAFP constituent Chapters and Chapter Foundations for philanthropic projects in student/resident support, member outreach, or public health. Funds are intended to showcase program impact through storytelling that promotes FMCA support and links to the AAFP Foundation donation site. Eligible applicants must be AAFP Chapters or Chapter Foundations organized as 501(c)(3) or 501(c)(6) entities, and applications are due February 28 annually. Awardees must use the required acknowledgment language in promotional materials and submit a final report with proof of the storytelling activity by January 31 of the following year.
