The Foundation for Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation offers one $10,000 Gabriella E. Molnar-Swafford Pediatric PM&R Research Grant for research addressing best practices, models of care, or outcomes for individuals under age 21 with physical disabilities. The award is supported by an endowment from Jack Swafford and the AAPM&R Pediatric Council, and will be presented at the AAPM&R Annual Assembly. Applicants or at least one co-investigator must belong to the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation or the Association of Academic Physiatrists, with preference given to outcomes research. Applications must include the project purpose, anticipated outcomes, budget, institutional support letter, and CV; submissions are due May 1, and indirect costs are limited to 10%.
