Gerald Westheimer Career Development Fellowship

The Leo Baeck Institute (New York) offers the Gerald Westheimer Career Development Fellowship—two annual awards of up to $25,000 (for the period July 1–June 30) to support early-career research or professional projects on historical or cultural aspects of the Jewish experience in German‑speaking lands, with possible renewal for a second year. Funds may be used for scholarly materials, temporary research/production help, membership dues, travel, computing/copying/communication expenses, and a summer stipend for non‑tenured academics.
