The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation (RWJF) offers grants of up to $200,000 each to support community-led pilot studies aimed at dismantling systemic racism by aligning medical, social, and public health systems. This initiative seeks interventions with potential for rapid replication and broad national impact, focusing on actionable evidence to address systemic inequities. Eligible applicants are community-based organizations actively serving communities affected by systemic racism, including 501(c)(3) nonprofits, government agencies, and tribal organizations. Research institutions may act as fiscal sponsors but cannot lead applications, with preference given to public entities or 501(c)(3) organizations.
