About this program
The IBMA Foundation offers the $1,000 Gloria Belle Memorial Scholarship to honor bluegrass musician Gloria Belle and support students pursuing postsecondary education. Funding may be used by students enrolled in a college, technical school, or trade school who are actively involved in the bluegrass community. Eligible applicants may participate as musicians or singers, or contribute behind the scenes as DJs, promoters, designers, videographers, photographers, luthiers, or in similar roles. Applications for the 2025 scholarship are due June 1.
