The Greater Fayette Community Foundation’s Green Door Fund for Workforce Development & Education offers grants of up to $10,000 for initiatives advancing workforce development, education, and economic security in rural Central Texas. Priorities include regional workforce collaboration, vocational and job-skills training, youth entrepreneurship, and solutions addressing barriers such as housing, childcare, transportation, and mental health access. Eligible applicants include 501(c)(3) organizations, collaboratives led by a 501(c)(3), fiscally sponsored grassroots or resident-led initiatives, and emerging community efforts serving residents in specified Central Texas counties.
