The Donald C. and Laura M. Harrison Family Foundation (Cincinnati) provides annual grants—typically $5,000–$15,000—to seed and support innovative educational scholarships, programs, and research that improve opportunities for underprivileged students in primary, secondary and adult education, with priority for projects demonstrating sustainability after two years and matching-fund potential. Grants primarily serve the Greater Cincinnati region (specified counties in OH, KY and IN), may fund capital items and operating expenses but not endowments or capital campaigns, and will not support religious activities (faith-based organizations may receive funding for community-focused programs).
