Healthy Aging Grant Range

About this program

Michigan Health Endowment Fund is offering Healthy Aging grants of up to $750,000 to support projects that strengthen integration of aging services into the health care system and address gaps in access to care, aging in place, caregiver support, behavioral health, nutrition and food security, and age-friendly community initiatives across Michigan. Funded projects should increase partner capacity, generate scalable solutions, and demonstrate measurable impact. Eligible applicants are Michigan-based organizations — including health care providers, community and aging service organizations, and policy-focused groups — proposing programs that serve older adults in Michigan and align with the Healthy Aging program’s goals.
