Healthy Behaviors Mini Grant

About this program

The Rapides Foundation offers the Healthy Behaviors Mini Grant to support community programs that promote healthy behaviors, including physical activity, healthy eating, and substance abuse prevention, within its nine-parish service area in Louisiana. Funding of up to $25,000 for 14 months is available for programmatic and promotional expenses.

Applicants must be nonprofit organizations classified as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)3 or governmental organizations serving residents in Allen, Avoyelles, Catahoula, Grant, LaSalle, Natchitoches, Rapides, Vernon, and Winn parishes. Programs must include quarterly implementation of workshops, classes, or events.
