HS CAPE (Community Awareness and Patient Empowerment) Grant

About this program

Hidradenitis Suppurativa Foundation (HSF) invites applications to the HS CAPE (Community Awareness and Patient Empowerment) Grant to fund grassroots, community-based programs that raise HS awareness, support patients and caregivers, or improve patient care; $10,000 is allocated annually, with typical awards up to $2,000 and requests up to $5,000 considered (direct costs only). Eligible applicants are individuals or organizations living/working in the United States; the program leader must be personally and actively responsible for project conduct and applications are accepted year‑round. Submit a single PDF by email to grants@hs-foundation.org following HSF formatting (maximum three pages, ≥11‑pt font, 0.5" margins) including title page, ≤350‑word abstract, budget, project details and letters of support; travel costs are ineligible and grantees must submit a written report within 60 days of project completion.
